Yin Yoga is one of my favorite practices and just as important as strength and cardio flow classes. Yin gets deep into the joints and connective tissues with longer time in poses that releases tension and increases flexibility. If you’ve never done Yin Yoga, find out what you’ve been missing.
Most of my classes often begin with yoga breathing known as pranayama and end with a short guided meditation either in final resting pose or seated meditation to connect your practice with the rest of your life off the mat. Online classes are great for meditation, pranayama (yoga breathing), or talking through specific issues in your practice. Half hour sessions also available for $25. 10% Discount if paying for 5 classes in advance.

Lyndon is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2014. His personal practice combines Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. He also has been teaching meditation since 2012 in the Insight Meditation tradition.
